We ought to pray always

Fr. Vin

Do you need us to pray for you?

Do you have particular intention?

Let's pray together as a family (This is a group prayer)

Leader:  We come together through the power of God’s love.

All:  May we be united in the same mind and in the same purpose.

All: We come before you, O God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Help us to see in the mystery of your Trinitarian love a model for our own Family Apostolate ministry.

When we see rivalry, let us be a reminder of the loving communion among Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

When we see disagreement, let us demonstrate a spirit of patience and understanding. May our lively exchange of ideas result in decisions that will benefit your families.

Help us to remember that we belong to you, our one true God, in the power of the Holy Spirit, and in the name of Jesus Christ, who is Lord forever and ever. Amen.

Our Father....

Hail Mary...

Heavenly Father, the holy family was a perfect example for all families. Shower our families with your love and care. Help them to place You in the center of their lives. Bless the various families we visit. Heal them of their pains. Keep them safe in your love. Protect them in your truth. Use us as instruments of blessings to them. And make our own families secure in your faith, hope and love.

We ask this in Jesus' name, through Mary's Immaculate Heart and through the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Closing prayer -

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Regina Caeli (Between Easter and Pentecost)

V. Queen of Heaven, rejoice, alleluia. R. For He whom you did merit to bear, alleluia.

V. Has risen, as he said, alleluia. R. Pray for us to God, alleluia.

V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia. R. For the Lord has truly risen, alleluia.

Let us pray. O God, who gave joy to the world through the resurrection of Thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, grant we beseech Thee, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His Mother, we may obtain the joys of everlasting life. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Priest's Blessing

Jesus said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them (Mark 10:14-16).
